Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch 32.5mm

The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch 32.5mm offers a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in burr-free holes that require no additional finishing. The heat-treated cutting edges feature a black anti-corrosive surface finish, preventing rust and ensuring long-lasting durability.

How to Use

1. Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
2. Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole in the metal sheet.
3. Position the die on top of the die nut.
4. Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
5. Use a 10mm hexagonal wrench to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.

Note: These instructions apply to cutters up to 15mm in size. Larger cutters (15mm and over) have a different configuration, with fewer components—the thread is in the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
