The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch (20.4mm) is designed for cutting clean, precise metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge thickness. Its special cutting design ensures even load distribution during use, producing burr-free holes that require no additional finishing. All punches are sold singly, with the hexagonal key (MB, 8mm) required for operation to be ordered separately.

How to Use

1. Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
2. Pass the screw through the pre-punched or drilled hole in the metal sheet.
3. Position the die on top of the die nut.
4. Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it contacts the metal.
5. Turn the screw with an 8mm hexagonal key to pull the punch through the metal, creating a clean hole.

Note: This process applies to punches up to 15mm. Larger punches (15mm+) have a simplified configuration, with the thread integrated into the punch itself, eliminating the need for a die nut.
