How to Use:
- Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
- Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole in your workpiece.
- Position the die on top of the die nut.
- Screw the die nut onto the hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
- Use a 5mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.
Note: This procedure applies to punch sizes up to 15mm. For punches 15mm and larger, the configuration changes—the thread is integrated into the punch itself, eliminating the need for a die nut.
