Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch, 11mm, for 16 Gauge Metal

The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch provides a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, burr-free holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, resulting in smooth holes that require no additional finishing. The cutting edges are heat-treated for durability and feature a black anti-corrosive surface finish to prevent rust.

Each punch is sold individually and does not include a key, which must be ordered separately. This punch is ideal for professionals and DIY enthusiasts who require precise and clean holes in sheet metal.

Usage Instructions:

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and pass the screw through the hole.
• Place the die on top of the die nut and screw the die nut onto the hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use a 5mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, which will pull the punch through the metal, creating a clean hole.

Note: These instructions apply for cutters up to 15mm. For cutters 15mm and over, the configuration is simpler, as the thread is integrated into the punch, eliminating the need for a die nut.
