Yale PM246 2 lever mortice sashlock in polished brass, ideal for internal timber doors. Secure & privacy-focused design.
The Yale PM246 2 Lever Mortice Sashlock provides a standard level of security, making it ideal for internal timber doors. This polished brass sashlock features a deadbolt that can be locked or unlocked by key from either side, ensuring convenience and privacy for users.
With a 12.5mm deadbolt, the PM246 is perfect for internal doors where privacy is essential. Unlike a standard deadlock, which has only a deadbolt, this sashlock includes both a deadbolt and a latch, operated by lever handles from either side for added functionality.
Mortice sashlocks and deadlocks are rated by their lever count, ranging from 2 to 5. The PM246, with its 2-lever mechanism, balances security and affordability, making it a popular choice for residential and light commercial applications.
