Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch, 55mm, 16 Gauge Capacity

The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch (55mm) is an essential tool for professionals and hobbyists alike, offering a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures evenly distributed load during cutting, resulting in burr-free holes that require no additional finishing.

Crafted from high-quality materials, the punch features heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, providing durability and rust resistance for long-term use. Note that all punches are sold individually, and the hexagonal wrench (key) must be ordered separately.

Usage Instructions

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and pass the screw through the hole.
• Position the die on top of the die nut.
• Screw the die nut onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use the 14mm hexagonal wrench to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.

Please note: For punches 15mm and larger, the configuration differs—these lack a die nut as the thread is integrated into the punch itself.
