The Q.Max Sheet Metal Punch 28.3mm provides a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, producing burr-free holes that require no additional finishing—saving you time and effort.

Crafted with heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch resists rust and maintains longevity even in demanding environments. Please note: the punch is sold singly without a key, which must be ordered separately.

How to Use

1. Assemble the Tool: Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and pass the screw through the hole in the metal sheet.
2. Position the Die: Place the die on top of the die nut and screw it onto the projecting hexagonal screw until it touches the metal.
3. Turn the Hex Key: Use an 8mm hexagonal wrench to rotate the screw, gradually pulling the punch through the metal to create a smooth, clean hole.

Important Note: For punches 15mm and larger, the configuration differs—these have fewer components, as the thread is integrated into the punch itself, eliminating the need for a die nut.
