Q.Max 15.2mm Sheet Metal Punch

The Q.Max 15.2mm Sheet Metal Punch provides a quick and efficient solution for cutting clean, burr-free metric-sized holes in sheet metal up to 16 gauge. Its special design ensures even load distribution during cutting, eliminating the need for additional finishing processes.

Featuring heat-treated cutting edges and a black anti-corrosive surface finish, this punch offers long-lasting durability and rust resistance. It is sold singly, and the required hexagonal key should be ordered separately.

How to Use

1. Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw.
2. Pass the hexagonal screw through the hole where the cut is needed.
3. Position the die on top of the die nut and screw the die nut onto the hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
4. Use a 6mm hexagonal key to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal to create a clean hole.

Note: These instructions apply to punches up to 15mm in size. Larger cutters (15mm and above) have a different configuration with fewer components, as the thread is integrated into the punch itself, eliminating the need for a die nut.
