Cutting Process

To use the punch, follow these steps:

• Thread the punch onto the hexagonal screw and pass the screw through the hole.
• Position the die on top of the die nut and screw the die nut onto the hexagonal screw until it touches the metal sheet.
• Use an 8mm hexagonal wrench to turn the screw, pulling the punch through the metal and creating a clean hole.

Note: For punches 15mm and larger, the configuration differs—these punches have fewer components and feature threads within the punch itself, eliminating the need for a separate die nut.
