The anti-friction thread design minimises timber splitting, reduces 'jacking' and spinning of joined timber, and improves drawing strength. Additionally, the serrated thread offers better pull-out resistance and reduced insertion torque.
Equipped with a double cutting point, these screws allow for faster drilling times and reduced wood dust clogging—capable of piercing up to 0.8mm steel. The Elementech 400 anti-corrosive coating ensures durability, lasting up to 6 times longer than standard zinc coatings. This environmentally friendly coating is free from Cr6+ and has been salt spray tested to 400 hours.
