Bostitch 28° Galvanised Ring Shank Stick Nails 2.8x50mm (Pack of 2000)
Robust Bostitch ring shank stick nails (2.8x50mm, pack of 2000) with hot-dipped galvanised finish for framing & construction.
The Bostitch 28° Galvanised Ring Shank Stick Nails offer a robust solution for framing applications with their traditional wire weld collation, which provides enhanced rigidity and resistance in damp environments. These nails are specifically designed for the construction industry, where balancing tool weight and working efficiency is crucial. Stick nails contain approximately 25 nails per stick, resulting in a lighter load for the tool compared to coiled nails, making them ideal for overhead or extended arm work.
- 28° Collation Angle ensures compatibility with Stanley Bostitch Wire Weld Framing Nailers and similar models.
- Ring Shank Design features ridges that significantly improve holding power, making it harder to withdraw the nails compared to smooth shank alternatives.
- Hot-Dipped Galvanised Finish (G8) provides superior corrosion resistance, measured in microns for long-lasting durability in harsh conditions.
Key Advantages
- Lightweight Tools: Fewer nails per stick and a simpler feed mechanism reduce tool weight, perfect for ladder work (always use tools with sequential trip mechanisms for safety).
- High Holding Power: The ring shank design ensures a secure, long-lasting hold, though it requires more driving energy and air consumption than smooth shank nails.
- Weather-Resistant: The galvanised coating protects against rust, making these nails suitable for outdoor and damp environments.
Please Note: These nails are compatible with models N80SB, FW28WW-E, and N100S.
- Framing applications with compatible nailers (e.g., N80SB, FW28WW-E, N100S)
- Construction projects requiring high holding power
- Outdoor or damp environments due to galvanised protection
- Overhead work where lightweight tool operation is beneficial
