WISKA ESKV M40 Polyamide Cable Gland - Black

The WISKA ESKV M40 Polyamide Cable Gland is engineered to deliver superior performance and reliability in demanding electrical installations. Designed with a focus on robust cable management, this cable gland ensures maximum traction relief through the innovative WISKA patented lamella design. This feature provides a secure grip on the cable, preventing slippage and potential damage under tension.

Safety and environmental protection are paramount; the gland achieves a tight seal of the enclosure thanks to its integrated moulded sealing ring. Furthermore, the profile thread is designed to accommodate high torque, guaranteeing a tight and permanent fit of the cap nut. This vibration-safe construction ensures that the connection remains secure even in environments subject to constant movement or mechanical stress.

Constructed from high-quality nylon (polyamide) with an EPDM sealing insert, the gland is built to withstand harsh conditions. It operates flawlessly within a broad temperature range of -40°C to 100°C, making it suitable for extreme environments. Additionally, it offers excellent chemical resistance against substances such as acetone, benzine, benzene, diesel oil, oils, greases, and paint varnish solvents. With an impressive IP68 and IP69 rating, this gland provides outstanding protection against dust and high-pressure water ingress, ensuring the longevity and safety of your electrical systems.
