UNBRANDED - Nylon Slotted Cheese Head Machine Screws, 50 Pack - M2 x 16mm

The Nylon Slotted Cheese Head Machine Screws offer a durable and versatile fastening solution for a wide range of projects. Manufactured from high-quality Nylon 6.6 (Polyamide 6.6), these screws are engineered to be strong, lightweight, and highly resistant to wear, providing reliable performance in demanding applications.

Their non-conductive nature makes them an excellent choice for electrical insulation, perfect for sensitive electronics and components where metal fasteners could cause short circuits or interference. Furthermore, the material offers superb corrosion and chemical resistance, ensuring long-term integrity even in harsh environments, including exposure to moisture, weather, and various chemicals, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The slotted cheese head design provides a classic and accessible drive style, compatible with standard flat-blade screwdrivers for easy installation. Supplied in convenient packs of fifty, they are ideal for professional tradespeople, DIY enthusiasts, and hobbyists alike. Their versatile applications span numerous industries and tasks, from securing components in automotive assemblies and electronic enclosures to general-purpose fastening in plastics, wood, and composite materials.

These screws eliminate the risk of galvanic corrosion when used with dissimilar metals and do not interfere with magnetic fields, adding to their utility in specialised settings. The robust nylon construction ensures they will not rust, providing a maintenance-free and aesthetically clean finish to your work.
