The blade features a high-grade alloy steel plate body that is precision ground for flatness, supporting consistent, vibration-free cuts. Its cutting teeth are tipped with microgranular tungsten carbide, selected for hardness and abrasion resistance. Each tip is bonded to the body using a silverbraze process.
