The double countersunk head reduces the risk of head shear and ensures a flush finish, while the 25° sharp point and single lead start enable faster thread engagement and improved driving performance. Made from C10-18 carbon steel, these screws are surface hardened to 750 HV for torque resistance under load, while maintaining a ductile 450 HV core hardness.
