These partially threaded woodscrews are engineered for fast installation while maintaining excellent pull-out resistance. The 60° twin-thread design with a single lead start ensures quick penetration and improved thread acceptance.
Manufactured from high-quality C10-18 carbon steel, these screws offer consistent performance with surface hardening up to 750 HV to prevent torque shearing under load. The core hardness of up to 450 HV provides improved ductility, balancing strength and flexibility. The double countersunk head design reduces the risk of head shear and aids in proper countersinking, while the 25° sharp point ensures a fast start during installation.
