The Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screw is manufactured from A2 (304) austenitic stainless steel. It is suitable for fixing into softwoods, pre-drilled hardwoods, chipboard, MDF and plastic. Stainless steel is recommended where the environment is corrosive or where the base material has inherent corrosive characteristics, such as green oak.
