The Timco Classic Multi-Purpose Screws are manufactured from A2 Stainless Steel, offering superior performance and ultimate corrosion resistance. Perfect for applications requiring durable fastenings in corrosive environments or when fixing to materials with inherent corrosive characteristics, such as Green Oak.
These screws are ideal for use with softwoods, hardwoods (when pre-drilled), chipboard, MDF, and plastic. The double countersunk head reduces the likelihood of head shear and ensures a flush finish with minimal protrusion. The 40° deep single thread provides secure fixing with high pull-out resistance, while the single slash on lengths 25mm+ reduces torque and prevents splitting when inserting near edges.
All sizes up to and including 75mm are fully threaded, and lengths 80mm and above feature a 70mm thread length for increased holding power and versatility in various materials.
