Thor 12 Hide Hammer Size 2, 38mm Face, 800g
Thor soft-faced hide hammer (800g, 38mm) with replaceable buffalo hide faces. Ideal for engineering, assembly & repair.
The Thor 12 Hide Hammer Size 2 is a high-quality soft-faced hammer featuring a malleable iron head fitted with two cylindrical faces of compressed buffalo hide, mounted on a sturdy wooden shaft. Its design ensures effective force transfer while minimising damage to the item being struck, making it ideal for precision striking applications where both power and protection are required.
The malleable iron head provides the necessary weight for a powerful blow, while the replaceable hide faces absorb shock efficiently. This hammer is particularly useful where a heavy impact is needed within a relatively small striking area. The faces are designed to wear over time and can be easily replaced when necessary—spare faces are readily available.
