TEXAS INSTRUMENTS Voltage Reference, Precision, Shunt - Adjustable, SOT-23-3 - 1.24V 30V
Precision LM4041 series voltage reference IC in SOT-23 package. Adjustable from 1.233V to 10V, low noise, no capacitor required.
The TEXAS INSTRUMENTS Voltage Reference is a precision micropower shunt device designed for energy management and stable voltage regulation. As part of the LM4041 series, this advanced component eliminates the need for an external stabilising capacitor, simplifying circuit design and ensuring stability with any capacitive load. Its ease of use and reliable performance make it an essential part of modern electronic systems.
Manufactured to stringent standards, the device utilises fuse and zener-zap trimming during wafer sorting to achieve high-precision reference voltages. This process ensures prime parts deliver exceptional accuracy, providing a stable and reliable voltage source critical for sensitive applications. The integrated band-gap reference features temperature drift curvature correction and low dynamic impedance, guaranteeing consistent reverse breakdown voltage accuracy across a wide spectrum of operating temperatures and currents.
Key benefits of this voltage reference include its remarkably low output noise, measured at just 20µVRMS from 10Hz to 10kHz, which is vital for maintaining signal integrity in precision measurement and audio circuits. Furthermore, it is designed as a green product, free from antimony and bromine (Sb/Br), aligning with contemporary environmental and safety standards for electronic components. Its robust SOT-23 surface-mount package is compact and suitable for high-density PCB layouts.
This versatile component is engineered for applications demanding precision and reliability. It is perfectly suited for portable devices where power efficiency and stability are paramount, as well as for test and measurement equipment, sensing instrumentation, and automation process control systems. Its characteristics also make it an excellent choice for power management circuits and automotive electronics, where consistent performance under variable conditions is non-negotiable.
