STAUBLI 4mm Test Lead Plug, Screw Connection, Stackable - 19A

The STAUBLI 4mm Test Lead Plug is a professional-grade component designed for the safe and reliable self-assembly of high-performance test leads. Engineered with precision, this plug features a stackable design with a rigid insulating sleeve, allowing for secure, modular connections in demanding electrical testing environments. Its robust construction ensures dependable performance for a wide range of measurement and diagnostic applications.

At the heart of the plug is the innovative MULTILAM spring-loaded contact system. This technology provides a gas-tight connection with extremely low contact resistance, ensuring accurate and stable signal transmission. The plug is rated for 1000V/19A CAT II and 600V/19A CAT III, making it suitable for use in controlled electrical environments where safety and precision are paramount. The nickel-plated brass contacts offer excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, while the screw termination allows for a robust and user-serviceable connection to cable conductors.

Housed in a distinctive green and yellow insulating sleeve, this plug is instantly recognisable and aligns with common safety colour coding. Its compact and durable design is built to withstand the rigours of daily use in workshops, laboratories, and field service. The stackable nature of the plug facilitates the creation of custom test lead setups, adapters, and extensions, providing exceptional flexibility for technicians and engineers.
