StarTech.com Single Mode OS2 LC-SC Simplex LSOH Fibre Optic Patch Lead - 1m
High-speed OS2 LC-SC simplex patch lead, LSOH jacket, BiDi support, 9/125µm, for 40/100G networks.
This Single Mode OS2 LC-SC Simplex LSOH Fibre Optic Patch Lead from StarTech.com enables high-speed, reliable data transmission in space-constrained installations. Designed to support bi-directional transmission over a single fibre (BiDi), this simplex cable maximises efficiency while minimising cable clutter. Optimised for 40-100 Gigabit networks, it is also backward compatible with OS1, making it a versatile choice for modern and legacy systems alike.
The cable supports Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) across an extended wavelength range of 1260-1625nm, ensuring flexible wavelength management. With a 9/125µm OS2 specification and LC to SC UPC connectors, it delivers excellent performance and signal integrity. Immune to electromagnetic interference (EMI), this patch lead guarantees stable data transfer in environments with high electrical noise.
Constructed with a Low Smoke, Zero Halogen (LSOH) flame-retardant jacket, this cable is ideal for installations where safety is a priority, such as public buildings, schools, and hospitals. The aramid-reinforced jacket provides added durability and a tight bend radius of just 10mm, allowing for flexible routing in tight spaces. Tested to meet or exceed industry standards including ITU-T G652.D/G657.A1 and IEC60703-2-50 type B1.3/B6.a1, this cable ensures guaranteed performance and peace of mind.
The package includes the cable and a test report, confirming its quality and compliance. Whether upgrading your network infrastructure or installing new fibre links, this patch lead offers a reliable, high-performance solution for demanding applications.
