However, please note it is not recommended for decking or areas subject to heavy wear and abrasion.
For new wood, applying Sadolin Classic as a base coat is recommended, especially for hardwoods, to ensure optimum durability and protection against the elements. The woodstain is easy to apply and dries to a beautiful, natural-looking Light Oak finish, enhancing the grain of the wood while providing robust weather resistance.
