Raraion Reduced Countersunk Steel Rivet Nuts - M6 0.8mm 3.5mm
Raraion reduced countersunk steel rivet nuts with knurled body. Bright zinc plated for a near flush finish in thin materials up to 0.5mm.
These Raraion Reduced Countersunk Steel Rivet Nuts are expertly designed for use with a rivet nut setting tool, providing a strong and reliable threaded insert in a variety of materials. Crafted from robust steel and finished with a bright zinc plating, these fasteners offer excellent durability and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for demanding environments.
A standout feature is the knurled body, which provides extra resistance to turning when installed in softer materials. This ensures a secure, anti-rotation fit that maintains the integrity of the connection even under vibration or stress. Additionally, the reduced countersunk head design allows for a near-flush finish in thin materials, making these rivet nuts ideal for applications where a smooth, unobtrusive surface is required.
Whether you are working on automotive repairs, metal fabrication, or general DIY projects, these bright zinc-plated rivet nuts deliver consistent performance. Their ability to sit flush in thin sheet material up to 0.5mm thickness provides a professional finish without compromising on the strength of the joint. Simply install using a compatible setting tool for a permanent, high-strength threaded fixing.
