PRO SIGNAL Duplex OM2 Fibre Optic Patch Lead SC-SC - 1m 1m
High-speed duplex OM2 fibre patch lead with SC connectors. Orange LSOH jacket for safe, reliable data centre & network cabling.
The PRO SIGNAL Duplex OM2 Fibre Optic Patch Lead provides a reliable, high-speed connection for modern networking and telecommunications infrastructure. Engineered for performance, this patch lead uses glass fibres to transmit data via modulated light waves, enabling far greater bandwidth and faster data transfer rates than traditional copper cabling, making it ideal for demanding network environments.
Featuring a robust orange Low Smoke, Zero Halogen (LSOH) jacket, this cable is designed for safety in commercial and industrial settings. The LSOH material minimises toxic smoke and corrosive gas emissions in the event of a fire, enhancing overall building safety. The duplex configuration, with two fibres (one for transmit, one for receive) housed in a single cable, simplifies installation and reduces cable clutter within server racks, patch panels, and networking cabinets.
This multimode OM2 fibre optic cable operates at wavelengths of 850nm and 1300nm, perfectly suited for short to medium-range high-bandwidth applications. It is terminated with durable SC connectors on both ends, ensuring a secure, push-pull latching connection that is widely used in data centres, LANs, and telecoms.
Ideal for interconnecting network hardware, this patch lead is a fundamental component for building efficient, high-capacity fibre optic networks. Its professional-grade construction ensures stable signal integrity and supports the high data throughput required for today's digital operations.
