PRO POWER 7-2-6C 6 Core Screened Cable, 7/0.20mm, Black - 100m
Professional 6-core screened cable with tinned copper conductors & braid shield. For aircraft, control systems & data processing. 440V rated.
The PRO POWER 7-2-6C 6 Core Screened Cable is a high-performance, flexible cable engineered for reliable signal transmission in demanding electronic applications. Its design is centred on delivering consistent, interference-free performance for high-density wiring between components within sophisticated instruments and equipment.
Constructed with precision, the cable features six individual cores, each comprised of high-quality tinned and annealed copper conductors (7/0.20mm). This tinning process enhances corrosion resistance and improves solderability, ensuring secure and durable connections. The entire core assembly is protected by a robust tinned copper braid screen (128/0.10mm), which provides excellent protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), critical for maintaining signal integrity in noisy environments.
Encased in a durable black PVC jacket, the cable offers flexibility, abrasion resistance, and protection from oils and chemicals. It is rated for use up to 440V, making it suitable for a wide range of low-voltage control and instrumentation circuits. A key specification is its minimum bending radius of 7.5 times the outer diameter when fixed, which allows for neat and reliable installation without compromising the cable's internal structure or shielding effectiveness.
This screened cable is extensively used across industries where reliability is non-negotiable. Its robust construction and superior shielding make it an ideal choice for intricate wiring in aircraft avionics, industrial process control systems, computing and data processing equipment, and military vehicles and hardware. It is the go-to solution for engineers and technicians requiring a dependable, multi-core cable that performs under pressure.
