PRO POWER 4-Core Unscreened Speaker Cable, 24/0.2mm - Pink 50m

The PRO POWER 4-Core Unscreened Speaker Cable is engineered for clear and reliable audio transmission in domestic sound systems and multi-room audio setups. This high-quality cable features four separate conductors, allowing for versatile wiring configurations to power multiple speakers or handle complex audio channels from a single amplifier source.

Constructed with stranded, plain annealed copper conductors, this cable ensures excellent electrical conductivity and flexibility for easy installation around corners and through tight spaces. Each conductor is individually insulated with a durable PE (polyethylene) insulation layer, which provides reliable electrical separation and protection. The overall cable is encased in a robust LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket, a crucial safety feature for indoor use as it minimises the emission of toxic fumes and smoke in the event of a fire.

It is important to note that this speaker cable is unscreened. Therefore, to maintain optimal audio quality and prevent hum or interference, it should not be run parallel or in close proximity to mains power cabling. Careful routing during installation will ensure a clean, uninterrupted audio signal. The flexible stranded design and quality materials make this cable a dependable and long-lasting choice for connecting your hi-fi system, home cinema speakers, or whole-house audio distribution.

With its 24/0.2mm strand configuration (24 strands of 0.2mm wire per conductor) and a total conductor cross-sectional area of 0.75mm² (approximately 19 AWG), this cable offers a solid balance of current-carrying capacity and physical flexibility, suitable for a wide range of domestic speaker applications.
