PRO ELEC Single Pole RCBO, Type A, 30mA, B Curve - 16A
PRO ELEC 10A single pole RCBO. Type A, 30mA, B curve. Provides RCD & MCB protection, 10kA breaking capacity, lockable handle.
The PRO ELEC Single Pole RCBO is a compact and highly efficient combined RCCB/MCB unit, designed to provide comprehensive personnel, fire, and line protection in a single device. It safeguards electrical installations and equipment by offering protection against earth fault and leakage currents, residual currents, short circuits, and overloads, while also performing the vital function of isolation. This integrated approach simplifies installations and enhances safety by replacing separate RCD and MCB units.
Constructed for durability and reliable performance, this electro-magnetic type RCBO is rated for a breaking capacity of 10kA, ensuring it can safely interrupt high fault currents. It supports cable sizes up to 25mm and is designed for a wide operating voltage range, making it versatile for various domestic and commercial applications. The clear contact position indicator provides an immediate visual confirmation of the device's status, aiding in maintenance and troubleshooting.
A key safety feature is the ability to padlock the operating handle in the 'off' position, preventing unwanted or accidental re-energisation of a circuit during maintenance work, which is essential for compliance with safe isolation procedures. The device is supplied for easy installation on a standard 35mm DIN rail using a simple screw mounting system, ensuring a secure and stable fit within any consumer unit or distribution board.
Ideal for upgrading existing circuits or specifying in new builds, this Type A, 30mA sensitivity, B curve RCBO offers a robust solution for enhancing electrical safety. Its slim profile helps to save valuable space within enclosures without compromising on protective capabilities. Engineered to meet rigorous standards, it provides peace of mind by effectively protecting both people and property from electrical hazards.
