PRO-ELEC 16-2-6C 6 Core Screened Cable, 0.2mm, Black - 25m
PRO-ELEC 6-core tinned copper screened cable for avionics, control systems & electronics. 0.2mm², 440V rating. Buy online.
The PRO-ELEC 16-2-6C 6 Core Screened Cable is a high-quality, multi-core electrical cable designed for reliable data transmission and signal integrity in demanding environments. Engineered for high-density wiring between components within instruments and electronic equipment, it provides robust performance where precision is critical.
This cable features tinned, annealed copper conductors (16 strands of 0.2mm) that offer excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance. The conductors are shielded by a tinned copper wire braid screen, which provides highly effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI), ensuring clean signal transmission.
The outer PVC jacket is durable and coloured black for easy identification. With a voltage rating of 440V and a current rating of 2.5A, it is suitable for a wide range of low-voltage control and instrumentation applications. Its flexible yet robust construction makes it ideal for both fixed installations and applications requiring occasional movement.
Specifications and Performance
- Temperature Range: Suitable for use from -30°C to +70°C in fixed installations, and from -15°C to +70°C when flexed.
- Bending Radius: Has a minimum bending radius of 7.5 times the overall diameter for fixed installations, ensuring long-term reliability and preventing conductor damage.
- Construction: Each of the six cores is precisely sized at 24 AWG, with a conductor cross-sectional area of 0.2mm².
This versatile screened cable is an industry-standard solution trusted for its consistent quality and dependable performance in complex wiring systems.
