These plugs accommodate conductor sizes up to 1.3mm, making them ideal for outsized cables that standard RJ45 plugs cannot handle. The two-part design includes an extended ground clip, ensuring effective shielding and grounding for optimal signal integrity.
Constructed from polycarbonate with a UL94 flame-retardant rating, these plugs offer durability and safety. The contacts are 50-micron gold-plated for reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance. Unlike standard RJ45 plugs, these require a special crimp tool that can clamp the extended ground clip.
