HellermannTyton Outside Serrated Cable Ties - 4.6mm x 200mm

HellermannTyton Outside Serrated Cable Ties are specifically engineered for use in environments where soft insulation or thin-walled wires and cables are being installed. When working with delicate cables, preventing damage to the insulation is crucial, and these cable ties provide a reliable solution. The innovative design offers high tensile strength alongside low insertion forces, featuring a smooth surface that faces the cable insulation to minimise any risk of indentation or damage.

A standout feature of these cable ties is their curved head, which allows the tie to follow the natural contours of the cable bundle. This not only ensures a secure and tidy fit but also takes up significantly less space compared to conventional cable tie designs, making them ideal for installations where space is at a premium.

Manufactured from polyamide 6.6 heat stabilised (PA66HS), these ties are UL94 V2 recognised, ensuring high standards of safety and performance. They are capable of withstanding demanding conditions, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C continuously, and can even tolerate temperatures up to +145°C for up to 500 hours. Whether you are bundling soft insulation wires or organising thin-walled cables, HellermannTyton Outside Serrated Cable Ties offer a robust, space-saving, and protective fastening solution for professional and domestic applications alike.
