HELLERMANNTYTON Helashrink 1100 Right Angle Heat Shrink Boot - 36mm
HELLERMANNTYTON Helashrink 1100 right angle heat shrink boot for cable strain relief. 31mm supplied, 3:1 shrink ratio, black crosslinked polyolefin.
The HELLERMANNTYTON Helashrink 1100 Right Angle Heat Shrink Boot is a precision-engineered, crosslinked polyolefin moulding designed for robust strain relief and protection in cable harness assemblies. This heat-shrinkable shape forms a durable, right-angled boot that provides excellent mechanical support, seals against dust and moisture, and protects cable exit points from abrasion and stress.
Ideal for professional electrical and electronic applications, it is used in conjunction with a circular grooved adaptor to create a secure, strain-relieved connection. The boot shrinks uniformly when heat is applied, conforming tightly to cables and connectors for a permanent, professional finish. Its black colour ensures a discreet appearance in a wide range of installations.
Part of the reliable Helashrink 1100 Series, this product offers a high 3:1 shrink ratio, allowing it to accommodate a significant range of cable diameters from its supplied size down to its recovered size. This versatility makes it suitable for various wire gauges and harness configurations. The crosslinked polyolefin material provides excellent environmental resistance, flexibility, and long-term durability against weathering, chemicals, and temperature fluctuations.
This component is a critical part of creating reliable, long-lasting cable management solutions in industries such as automotive, aerospace, industrial control, and telecommunications. It simplifies assembly, improves safety by eliminating sharp edges and loose wires, and enhances the overall quality and lifespan of electrical connections.
