These innovative screws feature breakaway wings that create a clearance hole, protecting the thread from engaging the timber during drilling. The wings ream a hole and then break off upon contact with the metal surface, allowing the thread to engage with the metal for a secure fastening.
Equipped with a TORX® compatible insert, these screws enable higher power transmission during installation. The improved countersinking from recessed ribs ensures a flush and professional finish.
