ForgeFix TechFast Timber to Steel CSK/Wing Screws 5.5 x 60mm, Box 100
Secure timber to steel with ForgeFix TechFast CSK/Wing Screws. Fire-resistant & TORX® drive, 100 per box.
The ForgeFix TechFast Timber to Steel CSK/Wing Screws are engineered for securely joining timber to steel frame buildings. These screws feature breakaway wings that create a clearance hole, protecting the thread from engaging with timber during drilling. The wings ream a hole and then break off upon contact with the metal surface, allowing the thread to engage securely with the metal.
These screws come with a TORX® compatible insert, ensuring a higher power transmission for efficient fastening. Additionally, the improved countersinking from recessed ribs provides a flush finish for a professional look.
