ForgeFix M10 x 25mm Zinc Plated Flat Penny Washers - Pack of 20
Durable ForgeFix zinc-plated penny washers (25mm, M10). Corrosion-resistant & ideal for bolting applications. Pack of 20.
The ForgeFix M10 x 25mm Zinc Plated Flat Penny Washers are designed for durability and corrosion resistance, featuring a bright zinc plating that protects against oxidation, ensuring a long-lasting finish. These washers distribute the load under a bolt head or nut face, providing a smooth bearing surface and reducing the likelihood of loosening due to uneven surfaces.
Their name, Penny Washer, originates from their resemblance in size to an old penny, making them easily recognisable. Key benefits include:
- Corrosion Resistance: Zinc plating acts as a sacrificial anode, preventing substrate oxidation and extending the washer's lifespan.
- Versatility: Suitable for all types of bolting applications with various nuts and bolts.
- Convenient Packaging: Supplied in a practical ForgePack, ensuring easy storage and access.
With a 25mm outside diameter, these washers are ideal for general construction, automotive, and industrial applications where secure fastening is essential.
