Versatile zinc-plated Pozi screws for ironmongery, electrical & plumbing applications. Round head, 2in x 8, box of 200.
The ForgeFix General Purpose Pozi Screws are engineered for both durability and versatility, making them an excellent choice for a wide range of applications. Featuring a zinc-plated finish, these screws are designed to resist oxidation, ensuring a long-lasting and robust hold even in demanding environments.
Key Features
- Zinc-Plated Finish: The zinc coating acts as a protective barrier against rust and corrosion, significantly extending the screw’s lifespan. It also serves as a sacrificial anode if the coating is compromised.
- Pozi Drive Compatibility: Unlike traditional Phillips screws, the Pozidriv design features four additional contact points, minimising cam-out and enabling higher torque application. This ensures a secure fit and reduces the risk of stripping the screw head.
- Round Head Design: The flat underside of the round head prevents deformation when used with sheet materials, providing a flush and stable fastening.
- Twin Threads: These screws feature twin threads for easier starting and improved driving efficiency.
