The ForgeFix ForgeFast Wood Screw features a TORX® compatible drive, offering universal acceptance and superior grip when driving. These screws incorporate innovative engineering to provide a faster, stronger fix with reduced timber splitting and improved holding power.
- Patented drill & drive thread reduces timber splitting and prevents 'jacking' or spinning of joined timber
- Sharp point provides rapid bite and can even pierce 0.8mm steel
- Reinforced countersunk neck improves holding power for a firmer fix
- Recessed ribs allow for improved countersinking with reduced surface dust
These screws feature Elementech 400 coating – an advanced anti-corrosive finish that lasts 6 times longer than standard zinc coatings. This environmentally friendly coating does not contain Cr6+ and has been salt spray tested to 400 hours for proven durability in interior applications.
