Faithfull Depressed Centre Metal Cutting Disc 125 x 3.2 x 22.23mm
High-performance Faithfull metal cutting disc for stainless steel and high-grade metals. Complies with EN 12413 standards.
Faithfull Depressed Centre Metal Cutting Disc is designed for high-performance metal cutting applications. Manufactured with aluminium oxide abrasive grit and reinforced with fibreglass, this disc ensures both safety and efficiency during use. The resin bond provides durability, making it ideal for cutting stainless steel and high-grade metals with precision.
With a thickness of 1.8mm, this disc allows for fine and controlled cuts, enhancing the versatility of angle grinders. It is particularly suited for applications where better access is required, making it a practical choice for various cutting tasks.
Safety is paramount – always ensure the disc is presented to the workpiece at a 90° angle. Suitable for use with mini-grinders and stationary cutting-off machines, it is crucial to select the correct wheel (metal or stone cutting) based on the material you are working with and to mount it properly.
Safety Tips
- Always read the manufacturer’s instructions carefully.
- Wear protective goggles to guard against flying chips or dust.
- Frequently inspect the condition of the wheel.
- Adjust the guard to deflect sparks and dust away from the operator.
- Maintain recommended revolutions and let the wheel do the work – avoid excessive force.
- Important: Do not use depressed centre cutting discs as grinding wheels.
