EVO-STIK - Building Silicone Sealant, 280ml (C20) - Clear
Professional low modulus silicone sealant for interior/exterior use. Waterproof, UV resistant, lasts 25 years. For expansion joints, cladding & windows.
The EVO-STIK - Building Silicone Sealant, 280ml (C20) is a professional-grade, one-part neutral cure sealant formulated for long-lasting, weather-resistant joints in a wide range of construction applications. This low modulus silicone offers excellent flexibility, accommodating high levels of movement in substrates without losing adhesion or integrity.
Engineered for both interior and exterior use, it provides a completely waterproof seal with outstanding resistance to natural weathering, temperature extremes, and damaging UV light. This ensures the sealant remains effective and maintains its colour and elasticity for many years, even in harsh outdoor environments.
Its versatility makes it suitable for sealing expansion joints in concrete structures, as well as movement joints between various cladding panels, including both lightweight and heavyweight systems. It is also ideal for sealing around profiled metal sheeting and for bedding and glazing aluminium, hardwood, and uPVC window and door frames, ensuring airtight and watertight installations.
The sealant adheres reliably to most common building substrates, including porous surfaces, without the need for a primer in many cases. It is supplied in a convenient 280ml cartridge for easy application with a standard caulking gun. Each cartridge provides approximately 10 metres of coverage when applied as a 6mm bead, making it a cost-effective solution for both small repairs and larger projects.
With a formulation designed for a service life of up to 25 years, this building silicone is a dependable choice for builders, tradespeople, and DIY enthusiasts seeking a durable, high-performance sealant for critical junctions that must withstand the test of time and the elements.
