Everbuild Stixall Extreme clear 290 ml one part sealant and adhesive. Solvent free, waterproof once cured and overpaintable.

Everbuild Stixall Extreme Power Cartridge Clear 290ml is a one part, chemically curing, solvent free sealant and adhesive supplied in a 290 ml cartridge. It combines silicone and polyurethane technologies to adhere most common building surfaces to each other and to themselves.

Dimensions and Size

The product is supplied in a 290 ml size, with a width of 6.5, a depth of 4.8 and a height of 23, and weighs 362 gm.

Applications

Designed for sealing and bonding in a variety of applications, including perimeter pointing around doors and windows, particularly in mobile structures such as caravans and boats, bonding mirrors to common substrates, automotive gap filling and sealing, and sealing vertical expansion joints. It can also be used as a nail replacement adhesive, including on damp surfaces, for jointing cladding panels, and for bonding difficult materials such as specialised polymer systems, metals and fibreglass.

Usage Notes

For heavy items, provide temporary support until the adhesive has dried
Do not seal mirror edges or plastic sheeting until the adhesive has cured
Not for use on surfaces that bleed oils or plasticisers
Not for joints constantly immersed in water, or as part of a structural glazing system
Not for use in aquarium manufacture, or in conjunction with bitumen or asphalt
Overhead applications, and glass block fitting or large mirrors over 0.5 m² total area, should be used in conjunction with mechanical fixings
