Dormer P813 Solid Carbide Rotary Burr, 6mm Pointed Tree
Dormer P813 Solid Carbide Rotary Burr with pointed tree geometry for efficient machining, 6mm diameter.
The Dormer P813 Solid Carbide Rotary Burr features a bright pointed tree ball nose geometry, designed for skip flute grinding with increased strength at the centre. This design reduces swarf congestion and enhances cutting action closer to the centre, making it highly efficient for general machining.
Producing double cuts, this burr is an excellent first choice for a variety of applications. It offers improved ease of control, a higher metal removal rate, and breaks swarf into manageable pieces, ensuring smooth and precise work.
The toughened and hardened steel shanks provide rigidity and strength, preventing bending and reducing vibrations for an extended tool life. Ground to h6 for carbide and h7 for steel, it delivers excellent impact strength, capable of withstanding high forces and elevated temperatures. Special brazing elements ensure superior braze strength for durability and reliability.
