This whetstone uses water for lubrication—no need for messy oils—and can efficiently hone all hard materials, including carbide and steel. The grit size is clearly etched on the side, and the dual-coloured circle (red for Fine Grade) helps identify the abrasive level quickly. A non-skid mat is included for added stability.
