D-LINE - Safe-D Twin & Earth Grip Clips, Pack of 100 - 6mm
Secure T&E cable with D-LINE steel grip clips. Fire-rated >1200°C, safe hammer design, pack of 100. Ideal for electricians & DIY.
D-LINE Safe-D Twin & Earth Grip Clips are an innovative and user-friendly solution for securing electrical cables, specifically designed for easy and safe installation of twin and earth (T&E) wiring. Their symmetrical design allows the installer to effortlessly hold the clip over the cable, keeping fingers and thumbs safely away from the hammer strike area, significantly reducing the risk of injury.
Manufactured from robust steel, these clips are fire-rated to withstand temperatures greater than 1,200°C, providing an extra layer of safety and compliance for electrical installations. The integrated flat-head nail is designed to sit tight once knocked-in, ensuring a firm and permanent hold on a variety of substrates. The 2.5mm diameter nail body is particularly suitable for harder materials, offering reliable penetration and grip where needed.
A key protective feature is the raised strip on the clip head, which acts as a safeguard for the cable. If the hammer strike is misaligned, this strip helps to prevent bruising or damage to the cable insulation, preserving its integrity and safety rating. This thoughtful design detail underscores the product's focus on both installer safety and cable protection.
These clips are part of the reputable D-LINE Safe-D Series, known for quality electrical fixings. Supplied in a convenient pack of 100, they are ideal for electricians and DIY enthusiasts undertaking wiring projects, from new builds and renovations to repairs and additions, providing a professional-grade, secure, and code-compliant method for routing and fastening electrical cables.
