Concordia Technologies Equipment Wire 16/0.2mm - Black 100m

Concordia Technologies Equipment Wire is a premium-grade, flexible PVC-insulated cable engineered for reliable internal wiring across a spectrum of electronic and industrial systems. This versatile wire is constructed with multiple finely stranded, tinned, and annealed copper conductors, providing exceptional flexibility, superior conductivity, and enhanced resistance to oxidation and corrosion for a long service life.

The robust yet pliable orange PVC jacket offers excellent insulation, mechanical protection, and easy colour identification during installation. It is designed to withstand the rigours of general equipment wiring, making it a trusted choice for control panels, security systems, instrumentation, and a variety of internal electronic applications where dependable signal and power transmission is critical.

Key Features & Benefits:

• High Flexibility: The multi-strand tinned copper construction allows for easy routing and installation in confined spaces within equipment housings.
• Durable Insulation: The PVC jacket provides reliable electrical insulation and protection against abrasion, oils, and mild chemicals commonly found in industrial environments.
• Corrosion Resistance: Tinning the copper conductors helps prevent oxidation, ensuring stable electrical performance over time.
• Clear Identification: The bright orange jacket facilitates quick circuit identification and helps maintain organised wiring layouts.

This equipment wire is specified for a maximum continuous operating temperature of 70°C, making it suitable for a wide range of standard applications. Its fine stranding (16/0.2mm) translates to a conductor cross-sectional area of 0.5mm², offering a balance of current-carrying capacity and flexibility. Supplied on a convenient reel, it is an essential component for electricians, technicians, and hobbyists involved in building, maintaining, or repairing all</
