Robust Bulgin flush vandal resistant switch with SPST-NO momentary action, ring LED, IP66 rating, and stainless steel body for industrial use.
The Bulgin Flush Vandal Resistant Switch is a robust and highly reliable switching solution designed for demanding environments. Featuring a single-pole, single-throw normally open (SPST-NO) configuration, this momentary push-to-make switch provides tactile feedback for precise operation. Its stainless steel body and button, combined with a polycarbonate lens and robust moulding, ensure exceptional durability and high resistance to wear, tear, and corrosion.
Engineered for harsh conditions, this switch boasts an impressive IP66 protection rating, safeguarding it against dust and water ingress. It also features a UL94V-0 flammability rating, ensuring safety in critical applications. The inclusion of a nitrile O-ring and gold-plated contact plate further enhances its resilience and electrical reliability, while the ring LED illumination offers clear visual indication in low-light settings.
With a high dielectric strength of 1500V contact to contact and over 2kV contact to panel, this switch is built to withstand significant electrical stress. It guarantees a long service life with a minimum of 750,000 mechanical operations and 35,000 electrical operations. The switch is designed for easy panel mounting with a rear nut fixing torque of 0.57Nm and features quick connect terminals made from copper alloy for straightforward installation.
Ideal for access control and industrial applications, this vandal-resistant switch combines rugged construction with high-performance electrical characteristics, making it a dependable choice for your infrastructure needs.
