This urethane acrylate-based resin (green in colour) offers rapid fixture speeds—5 minutes without activator, or under 5 minutes with activator—making it efficient for both maintenance and manufacturing applications. It delivers superior gap-filling capability (0.2mm) and maintains high static shear strength (30 N/mm²) once fully cured (24 hours).
With a temperature resistance range from -55°C to +150°C and a shelf life of 12 months, the B638 is both durable and reliable for industrial use. Its high viscosity (2500 cps) ensures ease of application, while a flash point above 85°C enhances safety during handling.
