These pliers boast 2-component combination handles—a thermoplastic surface over tough polypropylene—that provide a superior, non-slip grip. The progressive cutting edges are designed to cut a variety of materials: hard piano wire near the joint and softer materials like copper and insulated wire at the tip. The screw joint ensures smooth operation and precise alignment of the cutting edges.
