Adastra US60 compact 100V slave amplifier with 60W RMS output, 24V fire alarm mute contacts and RCA and Euroblock inputs for PA system expansion.
Adastra US60 Compact 100V Slave Amplifier delivers 60W RMS of power for expanding public address (PA) systems in a compact, half-width 1U chassis.
The Adastra US60 is designed to extend an existing 100V speaker system by connecting in parallel directly from the speaker cable. This makes it suitable for adding zones or extra speakers without complex rewiring. It can be installed in rack cabinets, or mounted under a worktop or against a wall using the included hardware.
Inputs and Outputs
The amplifier accepts signals from a main amplifier or mixer through a standard RCA line input and a 100V line input via Euroblock connectors. A 24V fire alarm mute contact enables integration with emergency sound systems for automatic muting during alarms. The output can be configured for 100V line operation to drive multiple speakers, or for a direct 8Ω speaker load, connected via screw terminals on the rear panel.
Amplifier Design
The US60 uses Class D amplifier technology paired with a transformer output, with a frequency response from 100Hz to 18kHz and a signal-to-noise ratio of 80dB. It is intended for background music and speech reproduction. The unit is supplied with a UK mains plug (Type G).
