TP-Link AV600 Powerline Passthrough Starter Kit creates a wired network connection over your existing mains electrical wiring, with transfer rates of up to 600Mb/s. It is designed for homes and offices and includes an 8-port 10/100Mb/s desktop switch for expanding wired connections.

Overview

The kit uses two Powerline adaptors that plug directly into standard mains sockets, creating a network backbone without installing new cabling. The passthrough design allows you to keep the mains socket that the adaptor is plugged into available for other use. The technology can cover distances of up to 300 metres over your home's electrical circuits.

The switch measures 23 mm (H) x 135 mm (W) x 79 mm (D) and is powered by a supplied AC adaptor.
