The Timco Ziel-Plast Plastic Insulation Washers are designed for securely fixing thermal insulation materials to various substrates including timber, OSB boards and sheet metal. These washers feature a large surface area to provide improved hold on softer insulation materials while remaining impact-resistant for reliable performance.
Crafted from rigid polypropylene (PP), these washers offer high strength and durability. They are versatile enough to be either surface or recess fitted (when used with a 67mm cutter and styrofoam discs) and are compatible with the TDW110 installation fixing washer for added convenience. The masking plug design helps eliminate thermal bridging while ensuring a clean, aesthetic finish to your insulation projects.
